In the land mark decision which may affects the criminal judicial system and evidence jurisprudence, the supreme court had declared that conducting the narco analysis and other tests that may self incriminate a person, without the consent of the person is unconstitutional by referring to the principles laid down under Article 21, 20, 14 of constitution of India.
